There are a very few T&C at the moment but this place will be revised as and when development happens in the business.

 

PRODUCTS

1. Each product uploaded on the website as well as on Instagram will have full disclosure regarding material, make, plating, tarnish resistance and exposure to water

2. New products may be added without prior notice. However, I will try my best to always provide a heads up of new launches via Instagram stories.

3. Any existing product can be discontinued without prior notice. This is basis availability of raw materials and quality checks.

4. All products are handmade by me and other artisans across India.

 PRICE & PAYMENT

1. Price of each product is pre-determined and will not change. There can however be sale or discounts on select products.

2. No one-on-one messaging by customers will be entertained if it is regarding any discount or personal favours. Customer will refrain themselves from using any foul language or try to threaten to cancel order in exchange for discounts.

3. Payment is to be done by the customer in full – i.e., price of product and shipping charge which is flat Rs. 60/- Pan India.

4. Mode of payment is strictly prepaid and ONLINE only. Due to few unfortunate incidents in the past, the store policy is now to accept payment of each order in full via online modes like GPay, PayTm, PhonePe, UPIs, Bank Transfer

5. No products will be held or kept on hold without full payment.
