There are a very few T&C at the moment but this place will be revised as and when development happens in the business.

 

SHIPPING & DISPATCH

  1. Only after full payment of the order, the order will move on to processing.

  2. No products will be held or kept on hold without full payment.

  3. Customer can request for late dispatch of order by contacting over email or via IG messaging.

  4. All products will be shipped only after full quality check

  5. If any concern arises during quality check, the order can be cancelled and full refund will be initiated immediately

  6. If the order has no custom-made products, packing and processing of the order can take upto 2 business days. It will then be shipped to the customer at the details provided. Please read below for delivery details.

  7. In case of custom-makes, seller will coordinate with the buyer on processing time, confirmation of design and dispatch time.

  8. Products are shipped via Trackon Couriers and DTDC (basis pincode service ability). Customers will receive tracking details as soon as the goods are shipped by the logistic co.

  9. Any delay caused due to natural disaster will be treated as an exception and customers will be informed about the same, personally.

DELIVERY

  1. Order once dispatched from seller's site, will be delivered to the customer within 7 business days within India. Any delay, will be checked at the backend by the seller and the seller will keep the customer informed.

  2. In case of remote pin codes, delivery timeline can extend beyond 7 business days.

  3. Any delay caused due to political unrest, Bharat bandh, festivities, natural calamity like flood, heavy monsoon, earthquake etc., will not hold the seller responsible. Delivery days might extend and customer must cooperate.

  4. If for above mentioned reason (point 4), the product gets lost or returned to the seller, full amount will be refunded to the customer & if the customer wants to reinitiate the delivery of the order, it will be done by the seller for no additional cost.

  5. Responsibility of shipping details will be of the customers. If the product is returned to the seller due to faulty shipping details, seller will not be held liable for such orders. No refund will be initiated for such orders and the order will stand cancelled.

  6. In such a case (read point 2), it will be customer’s responsibility to pay for the RTO dues and any reinitiating of the order will also come along with new delivery charge as the order will be treated as a new order.
