Return Policy

1. As of now, we are not offering any return of products that's delivered to the customer UNLESS there is a defect in the product itself

2. Any damaged product will be refunded in full if the customer submits an unedited unpacking video.

3. Unpacking video should not be edited. No cuts in video should be there - right from outer cover tare to final product in hand - This is to ensure that the customer received a damaged product without any fault of their own

4. Safe and fair usage of products lies entirely on the customer. They cannot hold the seller - My Kind of Junk responsible for any wear and tear due to their negligence.

5. Once the unpacking video has been submitted via Instagram DM, it will be reviewed and discussed upon with the customer personally. Once accepted, refund process will start immediately. The buyer can expect a refund within 7 business days.

Exchange Policy

1. For any handmade beaded jewellery that the seller has made can be exchanged for another beaded jewellery of the same value. Shipping to the seller will be borne by the buyer.

2. For any other jewellery type, exchange option is not available. Jewellery once sold and delivered to the customer cannot be exchanged for anything new or old.

CANCELATION & REFUND

1. Order once paid and finalised, can be cancelled the same day and no later

2. Order will then be processed & will not be eligible for cancelation.

3. Refund will be initiated immediately.  Customer can contact via email or IG messaging in case of any emergency.
